De-Cluttering

De-Cluttering is one of the most important things for a homeowner to do when getting ready to sell their home. Prospective Buyers need to walk into a home and be able to visualize the space as their own. When a stager or designer goes into a home and tells their client that they need to remove or put away some or all of their personal items, the client tend to take it personally. I know we have all heard "Less if More" a million times, but some clients still do not understand. Remember everyone, we are not saying we do not like your stuff, we are just saying "LESS IS MORE", put it away!
